Dear Sir,
Request to have preference Q/ line for Sr. Citizens in your customer center / Civic facilitation center ( CFC)
For Last 6 years I have been running above Senior Citizens organization known as Varishtha Nagrik Seva Sanstha .We have had picnics, parties, Cultural programmes, talks on issues related to old age ( like importance of making a will) , on health, spiritualism, etc.. We had several speakers from Brhamakumari, Osho, Ramakrishna Mission, Chinmayanand Mission, Art of Living, wockheardt Hospital, Civic bodies etc.
We also have been taking up issues of Sr. Citizens at various level.
Sir, Thanks for having computerised CFC at ward offices. However there is no separate queue for sr. citizens and they too have to stand in long Q. Central govt has been nice and from post office to railways there r special counters / queues for Sr Citizens.
We request u to kindly be nice enough and order to have separate Q for Sr citizens .
Similarly the Birth certificates should also be available at CFC / Ground floors and not on 3 rd floor as is presently happening in H ward east.
