    Dear sir ,

    I find this initiative a very good one . I am not a resident of santacruz but I can imagine the plight as a mumbai resident of the citizens who are literally suffering due to project delays because of permission delays and restrictions imposed on development. I feel Oevery area in mumbai should come up like this initiative to create awareness of this serious issue in the irregularities in the new dp plan.
